To mark its 10th anniversary, global vape brand VAPORESSO partnered with Sinowave to create a large-scale offline experience across two key UK cities — London and Manchester.

Together, we imagined a moment that would carry the energy of a celebration but the intent of a campaign. An experience built to engage real partners, launch new products, and convert excitement into action.

That’s how Electric Carnival began — not as an event, but as a two-city brand movement.

From spark to setup: how the idea became real

As VAPORESSO‘s long-term marketing partner, Sinowave provided full-service support, covering both strategic and executional responsibilities across the entire campaign cycle.

In just eight weeks, we built and launched a two-stop experience that connected brand history with product momentum.

Not just a party: launching new products on-site

The Electric Carnival wasn’t just about brand celebration — it was also the stage for two new product releases, revealed exclusively during the event.

Each venue included hands-on product interaction, content capture stations, and guided demos to encourage real-time exploration.

Paired with on-site promotional offers, the activation drove significant interest — and direct retail conversions.

Inside the Carnival: two nights of full immersion

Held in London and Manchester, the events created a high-energy, themed space where performance and participation drove the mood.

Guests experienced:

  • Aerial ring dance performances

  • Magic shows and fire acts

  • Live treasure hunts and team-based challenges

  • Product demo zones and discovery stations

  • On-the-spot ordering by retail guests

  • A fully immersive after-party with crowd engagement until the end
